How It Works
- NGO Sign Up: Submit a defined challenge or problem statement
- Volunteer Registration: Complete the Expression of interest form
- Pre Event Matching & Briefing: Meet your team virtually
- Workshop Day: In-person, full-day collaborative session
- Post Event Support Up to 3 months continued guidance (Consultants will support NGOs for 3 months by reviewing monthly updates, ensuring alignment with the original event-day advice, and submitting a final closure report without introducing new or conflicting strategies.)
Who Can Join

Eligible Nonprofits
• NGOs, charities
• Must submit a clear, solvable challenge needing project guidance

Eligible Volunteers
• Priority will be given to Volunteer Consultants with PMI certifications such as PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-RMP®, etc., to ensure their guidance to NGOs is aligned with PMI’s global standards and best practices.

Yes, volunteers need to be PMI Malaysia Chapter members
What is the time commitment?
• Pre-virtual briefing
• Full-day in-person event (4 Oct 2025)
• Post-event mentorship over 3 months
How many team members can each NGO bring?
• Up to 2 members per organization.
Will meals be provided?
• Yes, lunch and refreshments will be provided for all participants.
Is transport provided?
• Participants are responsible for their own transportation to/from the venue.
